Primogo is a powerful dragon that protects the kingdom of Euclidia from the sorcerer Far-Hen-Heit, who wants to turn the earth into a frozen world.
In Primogo we had the task to develop and implement all the music and sound effects of the game.
We decided to develop a funny song to stimulate the player to think and solve the puzzles of the game.
Although stimulating, it should be calm enough not to steal the player's attention from the challenges imposed on the levels.
For the sound effects, we decided to create crisp sounds to assign rewards and punishments to the players' actions.
We use fmod to implement the audio directly into the project as we wanted to had full control over music and sound effects. For example, we designed the sounds so that they were triggered with random pitch and volume within a certain range.
